I met Steve of SWT through my neighbour and had the benefit of seeing his work in their house which is always useful. I then discovered that both Steve and Tim had worked with two of my best friends at GSK in Dartford and they couldn't rate them highly enough for their working ethic and professionalism. With this knowledge I didn't have any concern asking them to undertake the complete refurbishment of my two bedroom flat (a property I purchased for rental) which they agreed to gut and improve whilst watching the bottom line. The level of the service offered from start to finish was exemplary. The dates given for commencement and completion did not alter even though there were things that didn't go to plan thanks to Thames Water. The invoicing and paperwork was provided promptly and professionally and I was consulted on anything that needed my agreement before decisions were made - my money wasn't just spent for me! The quality of work is superb, their attention to detail and desire to make things perfect is constant. On this occasion "too good to be true" is simply not the case. I can't praise the guys enough for their friendly and helpful approach, they didn't make me feel stupid when I didn't understand something or asked lots of questions - they just wanted to ensure I got what I wanted. I am a fussy customer with high expectations and my expectations were exceeded if I'm honest. The property has been finished to an exceptional standard (the Estate Agents were really impressed) and throughout I was advised wisely about what kind of thing to fit, and in all honesty, Steve made the suggestions and I simply needed to agree, it couldn't have been easier. When the bathroom was finished I realized that I needed to add a mirror, toilet roll holder, towel rail and towel ring, so I rang Steve and asked if I bought the bits would he mind fitting them, he said that he would be happy to go out and buy the bits and of course no problem to fit them - now that's service! They have so many ideas to share and such a wealth of knowledge it's above and beyond what I expected, they work really hard to find the best solution for any issue i.e. I wanted a bath but the configuration made it really difficult, so Steve met me at the property having drawn out the options on the floor so that I could make an informed decision. I literally just left the guys to it with every confidence - I gave them the keys and walked away - simple as that! I have already arranged for them to come and do some work in my house based on my recent experience and they will be fitting our new kitchen next year, not that they know that yet! I have told all my friends about SWT and am glad to have the opportunity to share my experience. I would be happy to answer any questions anyone has as it really was a stress free and pleasant experience working with these guys.
